| Notes: | LAING TO BUILD £3M FACTORY. Under a contract worth more than £3 million, John Laing Construction, Glasgow, is to build a chemical factory complex at Dalry in Ayrshire for Roche products. The project has been designed by James Cubitt and Partners in association with the company’s architects. It will be built as an extension to the existing Roche factory on the main Kilburnie road at Drakemyre. Basically the production units will consist of large steel frames to support sophisticated plant.
