Notes: NEW CINEMA FOR BUCKIE The Good Templars let their hall on West Church Street to the Elite Entertainment Syndicate of Buckie who intended to fit up the hall as a first class cinema. [Banffshire Advertiser 22 January 1914 ]

The new cinema in the Good Templars' Hall, named the Palace was to open on Wednesday February 18. There was to be two performances nightly at 7 and 9. Admission charges were 3d, 6d and 9d. Seats could be booked in advance. [Banffshire Advertiser 12 February 1914]
