Notes: Second project built under Edinburgh University Housing Research Unit comprising 90 houses, 108 three-storey flats, garages and landscape work for £670,000.

The Cumbernauld project, which originally envisaged construction of three low-rise, high-density enclaves in contrasting tenurial patterns, for social-economic comparative purposes, was eventually built in the early 1960s as an exclusively New Town Development Corporation rental development in the Park 3 area (Glendinning, 2008).
