| Notes: | Built on system of modular metric brick. Bob Anderson had been developing modular metric system in Africa. Gibbons Northern brick was used -which was pierced and could therefore be reinforced. Other features were introduced -such as individual toilets /bathrooms for each unit, which was not the usually accepted layout for sheltered housing. |
