The front to St Vincent Street is built of Portland stone, the first to be used in Glasgow. All the windows are fitted with steel casements. The company have retained for their own offices the centre portion of the building on the ground floor. A portion has been let to the Glasgow Imperial Union Club and access to the club is gained from the west entrance. The rest of the building is to be let as offices.
