Notes: DMW notes from Nairne's dissertation list the following - 1886: new single storey frontal block with porte cochere, portico at 1st and 2nd floor 1908: circular entrance hall with rebuilt porte cochere and other additions (presumably the ballroom referred to in Lorimer's letter to Dods; he lost the commission to Gillespie, 1902.
