Bio Notes: James Fraser Cowan Dickie studied for the diploma in architecture at Glasgow College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1965. By 1970 he was living and presumably working in East Kilbride. By 1979 he had moved to Hamilton where he had a post with the Department of Architecture and Related Services, Strathclyde Regional Council.
