Bio Notes: Alfred Alexander Coutts studied for the diploma in architecture at Dundee College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1955. He took a post with Cumbernauld Development Corporation and was still there in 1959. By 1964 he had moved to the Ministry of Public Buildings & Works in London. He had moved to the Directorate of Overseas Services by 1970 which by 1979 seems to have be part of the Property Services Agency. He may have been the Director of Overseas Services. In 1984 he was working for the DW (Army), based in Chessington, Surrey.
