| Bio Notes: | Bruce Dunbar Kennedy was born on 5 August 1953 in Dundee, the son of James Donald Smith Kennedy, watchmaker and his wife Mary Isobel Dunbar. He studied for the degrees of BSc and BArch in Dundee. He was elected ARIBA in 1985. In the early 1990s he was working for Fife Regional Council. |
