Bio Notes: Fred Graham Blackett (he always appears in directories as such) studied for the diploma in architecture at Edinburgh College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1962. By 1970 he had moved to Orkney to a post in the Architects Department, Orkney County Council. Before 1979 he had moved to a post with Highland Regional Council Architects Department in Inverness. He was living in Dornoch in 1984 and is no longer listed in the 1994 diredctory.
