Bio Notes: Alexander Forbes was elected a student member of the RIBA in 1958 and ARIBA in 1967. He would seem to have worked for Cumbernauld Development Corporation after qualification. In 1970 his address was in Livingston and he may have worked there for the Development Corporation. He worked for Strathclyde Regional Council in the later 1970s and 1980s. He would appear to have retired by 1994 as he was living in Pitscottie near Cupar at that time.
