Bio Notes: George Tomlinson worked for Howard V Lobb & Partners from October 1953 until 1958. During this time besides the work he undertook at Hunterston, he was responsible for the design and construction of two schools in Somerset.

'I was with this practice from October 1953 and actually worked in the team on Hunterston on subsidiary buildings such as the canteen, Decontamination Centre and the huge Turbine Hall.As architects for all the buildings we were a very minor part of the huge team building this very early facility'.
