Bio Notes: Gary George Westwater was born on 17 July 1956 in Fife, the son of James Westwater, plumber and his wife Dorothy Elizabeth Mylne. He studied for the degree of BArch and DA at Heriot Watt College and Edinburgh College of Art. He was elected ARIBA in 1982. He worked for Fife County Education Architects section in the 1980s. He is not listed in the RIBA directory of 1994.
