Bio Notes: Frederick Balfour Walker studied at Edinburgh College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1972. worked in the practice of Roland Wedgwood in the 1970s. He became a partner in 1980 when the practice name changed to Roland Wedgwood & Partners. He left to form a practice with Alastair Scott who had also worked for Roland Wedgwood. They practised at Silverburn.
