Bio Notes: Thomas Andrew Moran was born in 1930. He was elected ARIBA in 1964. He worked as an associate in the firm of Sir Basil Spence, Glover & Ferguson, and was in charge of their temporary Dublin office during the Dublin University Library contract, as well as working on the Newcastle City Library and Laing Art Gallery. He had been made an Associate of the firm by 1976. He later had his own practice, Tom Moran & Partners.
