Bio Notes: Thomas Coulthurst Hill studied for the diploma in architecture at The Polytechnic in London and was elected ARIBA in 1954. In about 1961 he was in Motherwell perhaps as an employee of the Burgh but by 1965 he had a post as Burgh Architect and Town Planning Officer. By 1970 he had moved to Dumfries to become Depute County Planning Officer of Dumfriesshire. In the RIBA directory for 1979 he have his home address and may have retired by this date. He is not listed in the Directory for 1984.
