Bio Notes: William ('Bill') Colquhoun Harrison was perhaps born in Glasgow. He studied for the DA at the School of Art there. He was elected a student member of the RIBA in 1949 and was elected ARIBA in 1951. He worked in the British Rail Architect's Department. He subsequently joined the South East Regional Hospital Board, later the Common Services Agency Building Division (in the Glasgow office), and is still listed as working there in 1987.
