Bio Notes: Thomas Andrew Bryson Dempster was born on 19 April 1921, the son of William Hesson Dempster, company manager, and his wife Margaret Learmont. He was elected ARIBA in 1948. In 1953 he had a post with Glenrothes Development Corporation. By 1960 he had moved to Ayr. During the 1960s he spent a period of time working in Leicester but returned to Scotland before 1970. He died in the Lockhart Hospital, Lanark on 12 July 1982, survived by his wife Marjory Skinner.
