Bio Notes: Alistair Douglas Leiper was elected a student member of the RIBA in 1963 and studied at the College of Art in Dundee. He was elected ARIBA in 1965 and had moved to Edinburgh by 1970. By 1979 he had a post with the Common Services Agency, Scottish Health Services in the Dundee office. In 1994 he was living in St Andrews and had perhaps retired by that date.
