Bio Notes: George Watson of Aberdeen was born about 1875 or 1876, the son of JAmes Watson, taylor and clothier and his wife Helen Greig. He served his apprenticeship with Matthews and Mackenzie, architects, Aberdeen, before joining the Aberdeen School Board. After spending three years in South Africa he returned to Aberdeen and was employed as an architect in the burgh surveyor's office at the time of his death at the early age of 27 on 13 June 1903.
