Basic Biographical Details Name: | Michael McLeod | Designation: | | Born: | 1943 | Died: | 29 July 2005 | Bio Notes: | Michael ('Mike') McLeod was born in 1943 in Aberdeen and was educated at Robert Gordons College during which period he excelled at sport. He graduated from Robert Gordon's University in 1968 and was elected ARIBA in 1971. Around that time he had a post with the North East Regional Hospital Board.
He subsequently joined the practice of Leo Durnin, Minto & Strachan. By the time of his death he was principal partner. At some point during his later years he applied for a reduction in his subscription to the RIAS as he was experiencing a shrinking of his practice at this time. He is no longer listed in RIBA directories by 1994.
