| Bio Notes: | Peter Muir Harper was born on 2 July 1921, the son of David Harper, accountant, and his wife Jessie Muir. He was elected ARIBA in 1953. He was a partner in the practice Robert Allan & Partners from about 1964 until 15 May 1967 when the partnership was dissolved formally. It continued under the same name with the remaining partners Robert Allan and John Graham Bissett. Harper ceased practising in 2004 when he was 82 years old and died on 4 August of that year. He was survived by his wife Mary Margaret McClymont Adams, a retired primary school teacher and at least one son. |
