Bio Notes: Ronald Sinclair Harvey was born on 5 February 1920. He studied for the degree of DA in architecture at Edinburgh College of Art. He was admitted ARIBA in 1953. He then took a post in the Education offices in Belfast. By the late 1950s he had secured the post of Chief Staff Architect, British European Airways, Keyline House, Ruislip, Middlesex. He is not listed in the Directory for 1979.

He died in Buckinghamshire in late 2001.
