Bio Notes: John McLeod Pottie studied for the diploma in architecture at the School of Architecture in Aberdeen. He was elected ARIBA in 1967. In the early 1970s he was working in the Edinburgh area and living at Balerno. By 1979 he worked for the Highland Regional Council's Department of Architectural Services. He was living in Inverness in the early 1990s. He had retired by 1994 and was no longer and member of the RIBA.
