Bio Notes: John Crowe McBride was elected a student member of the RIBA in 1949. He was admitted ARIBA in 1955 and ARIAS in 1958. He joined the practice of Watson Salmond & Gray before 1965 and became a partner by 1970. He was still with the practice in 1987. There were only two partners about 1981: McBride and A Crawford.

He died in late 1990.
