Bio Notes: Robert Allen studied for the Diploma in Architecture at Leeds. He was elected ARIBA in 1959 and by the following year had formed some type of partnership with Basil Gillinson and Clifford Barnett. He remained in partnership at least until 1970 though the name of the partnership changed to Gillinson Barnett & Partners.

Allen died between April and June 1978.
