Bio Notes: Frederick St George Higginson studied architecture at Edinburgh College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1950. His address in 1953 is given as being in Liverpool. He moved to Surrey before 1960 and at that date was in partnership as Rose & Higginson. In 1965 he was working in Horsham apparently on his own. He is not listed in the Directory for 1970. However he reappears in the 1979 directory: at that time he was working for Milton Keynes Development Corporation.

He died in late 1990 in Brighton, Sussex.
