Bio Notes: James Morris Kinnell was elected a student member of the RIBA in 1959. He was elected ARIBA in 1967. In 1970 he would appear to have been working for Cumbernauld New Town Development Corporation. He continued to live in Cumbernauld until at least 1979.

He worked for Robert B Rankin & Associates in the late 1970s.
