Bio Notes: Thomas Fraser was elected ARIBA in 1963. It is not yet clear where he studied for the diploma in architecture but his diploma in town planning was at the University of Strathclyde. By 1965 he had moved to East Kilbride. He was Chief Architect and Planning Officer to East Kilbride Development Corporation from 1977-83. He lived in Larkhall, Lanarkshire. The 1984 RIBA directory suggests he was practising independently from his home in Larkhall in 1984. He is not listed in the 1994 directory.
