Bio Notes: John A Lane, Duncan S Bremner and Dennis J R Garnett formed the practice of Lane Bremner & Garnett in January 1961. The three partners had met in 1960 whilst on National Service. Together they had won the competition for the Council Buildings in Dumbarton.

In the later 1970s they designed a number of primary schools for Strathclyde Regional Council
