Bio Notes: James Hamilton Hill studied at the Glasgow School of Architecture. He was elected ARIBA in 1955 and ARIAS in 1956. He joined the practice of Frank Burnet & Bell, the name of the practice becoming Frank Burnet Bell & Partners in 1961. Hill was in charge of the branch office in Greenock after 1963. Hill does not appear in the RIBA Directory of 1979, suggesting he had retired by then.
