Bio Notes: Peter McLew Young was born on 5 December 1924, the son of Peter McLew Young, building labourer and his wife Christina Barclay Forman, solicitor's cashier. He studied for the diploma in architecture in Aberdeen and was elected ARIBA in 1953 and ARIAS in 1955 (or 1960 according to RIAS register of members). He joined A B Roger in partnership about 1965 as A B Roger & Young. He retired in 1993, aged 75 and died on 8 July 2007. His wife Edith Mury Clark had predeceased him but he was survived by his son. He was a member of the Dundee Chapter of the RIAS.
