Bio Notes: Joseph Frank Wynne was born in Dundee on 13 August 1924, the son of Joseph Wynne, hairdresser, and his wife Helen Donachey who had married in Dundee in 1916. He studied at Dundee College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1953. He was living in Glasgow about 1957. He joined James Parr in partnership by 1961. Wynne retired in 1980. He is no longer listed in 1994. He died on 26 January 2013. He is survived by his wife Teresa and his daughter and son and grandchildren.
