| Bio Notes: | John Wright who is described in his will as 'sometime architect in Edinburgh' where he lived at the Waverley Temperance Hotel, 43 Princes Street. He appears to be the son of Robert Wright who died in c.1839 and brother of Robert Wrigh junior. Together they appear to have taken over their father's practice but John appears in partnership with Robert Wright junior only in 1840. At the time of his death on 17 July 1892 was living at Clentrie in Fife. |
