Bio Notes: Robert McLuckie may well have been related to Andrew McLuckie of Stirling. He was born on 22 October 1909, the son of Thomas McLuckie, maintenance engineer, and his wife Margaret Hotchkiss Laird. He was elected a student member of the RIBA in 1935. He was an Associate of the Stirling Society of Architects and practised or worked from Wilton Dean, King Street, Stenhousemuir in 1939-40. He is not listed in the directory of 1965 and perhaps never joined the RIBA.

McLuckie died at home on 30 December 1981, survived by his wife Selina Wallace Clarke and at least one son.
