Bio Notes: Dennis Hill was born in 1880 and practised in partnership with Matthew Horner Graham in Newcastle upon Tyne from at least 1905. Graham retired some time before 1919, Hill taking his former assistant Herbert Lewis Honeyman into partnership in the latter year. Hill won the MC and the Croix de Guerre and was architiect to the Northumbrian Territorial Forces and designed a number of drill halls for them.
