Bio Notes: William Gray Junior was born in 1846, and was the son of William J Gray of Coldingham and Berwick-upon-Tweed, whose practice he continued. He formed a partnership with his nephew after 1901 which lasted until about 1905 whereupon the name changed to Gray & Boyd. Boyd was killed in World War I. Gray junior was in partnership with James Paterson (or Patterson) in Berwick from about 1918 onwards. He died on 14 October 1933.
