Bio Notes: Bertram Drummond served his apprenticeship with an unknown firm from 1895 to 1902 and subsequently worked as assistant to Wilberforce Ernest Hazell for 18 months and to Roland Plumbe for a similar period. He passed the qualifying exam in 1905. From the following year he was practising in Fleetwood, Lancashire. He died on 30 March 1954.
