Bio Notes: Laurence Mursell Gotch was born in 1882. He served his articles in the London practice of his uncle John Alfred Gotch, who was then in partnership with Charles Saunders as Gotch & Saunders, from 1898 to 1901, and remained a further 18 months as assistant. He subsequently assisted Andrew Noble Prentice. He later practised in London on his own account. He died in 1964.
