Basic Biographical Details Name: | Edward Page Howard | Designation: | | Born: | | Died: | 1928 | Bio Notes: | Edward Page Howard was born in Invercargill, New Zealand and was articled to Frederick William Burwell there from 1881 to 1886, remaining as assistant until 1887 when he emigrated to England. He studied under Frank Thomas Baggallay from 1887 to 1889 and passed the qualifying exam in 1890, enabling him to be admitted ARIBA on 12 January the following year, his proposers being Baggallay, L A S Stokes and F R Farrow. He worked in various offices, returning to New Zealand during the First World War.
