Bio Notes: David Logan practised in Montrose between the years 1791 and 1815. Little is yet known of him other than the buildings he designed. Other members of his family were engineers including David Logan who died in 1839 and may have been the architect's nephew. The two should not be confused.

A set of drawings for farm buildings signed by David Logan are in the Yale Center for British Art.
